The IIPM vs. Gaurav/Rashmi/Varna war is by now well known. I haven't followed it closely (don't know the folks involved) expecting the summons etc. to be crappy and unfounded. Mandar, the dude, got Amod, the broken arm lawyer ;), to take a look at the legal aspect of the summons. Amod has dissected the summons as expected of him.

There isn't much left to say in the matter. Amod's 4th point of making an association of bloggers for rights, advocacy etc. makes sense and may be worth thinking about if some enthu punters take it up. Otherwise, we seem to be a much more anarchic lot to bother about this.
