On a BOM-DEL Kingfisher flight last month, I was surprised to find quite a few mosquitoes aboard. I wrote about it as a point of concern in their feedback forms which I usually avoid filling. Guess what, Vijay Mallya himself replied to me! :-)

Yeah yeah, I know he didn't write this himself, but this is a decent effort as canned responses go. To take nothing away form Kingfisher, I still love to fly them and they usually rock.

Nice touch mate. Your beer rocks and I wish you had sent me a drink-free-kingfisher pass valid for a year instead of this mail ;-)
